Thai GL isn’t just slow burns and office chaos — we also get heart‑fluttering school romances and wholesome university love stories that make your heart do gymnastics. Whether it’s first love, secret exchanges, or classroom chemistry, these shows hit different. 🥺
10. Hormones: Season 2 and 3 (Dao + Koi) - Sananthachat Thanapatpisal (Fon) and Kemisara Paladesh (Belle) #FonBelle
(aka the duo that made us question our high‑school memories and emotional stability, and one of the OG Thai GL Ships)
Hormones: The Series isn’t your typical Thai GL, it is actually not a full on GL Series—but season 2 gives us Dao & Koi — two characters whose story punches you softly in the heart while you’re trying to pretend you’re “just watching casually.” Dao is played by actress Sananthachat Thanapatpisal (Fon) and Koi is played by Kemisara Paladesh (Belle).
In case you didn't know: One of the main characters in Hormones named Sprite was played by Supassra Thanachat (Kao) of Love Design, a Thai GL Series about architects who are in a relationship, architects stealing other architects' designs, exes who are both architects, second couple who are also architects, basically they are all architects in the series.
Why watch this series (or DaoKao's parts): It’s not flashy romance — it’s slow, meaningful connection. You rewatch scenes just to catch what you missed emotionally (specially that scene in the shower 😉)
